The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi will open its first international campus in Abu Dhabi, UAE. CAET stands for Combined Admission Entrance Test (CAET) and is an entrance test to get admission into the first year of a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.). As per last year trends, IIT Abu Dhabi CAET 2025 Session 1 is going to be held on February 16, 2025 (Sunday) and Session 2 on April 13, 2025 (Sunday).

Application Process:

Registration Fee:
Pay $100 (US Dollars) per session.
Additional charges: Bank transaction fees and taxes (if applicable).
Four options are provided; only one is correct.
Marking: +4 for a correct answer, 0 for no attempt, and -1 for an incorrect answer.
2. Single-Digit Non-Negative Integer (SDI):
Answer is a single-digit integer (0 to 9).
Marking: +4 for a correct answer, 0 for no attempt or incorrect answer.
3. Paragraph-Based Questions (PBQ):
A set of MCQs based on a given paragraph; only one option is correct per question.
Marking: +4 for a correct answer, 0 for no attempt, and -1 for an incorrect answer.

Carry a printed copy of your admit card and a valid original photo ID.
Only candidates with a valid admit card and photo ID will be allowed to take the exam.
Bring your own pen, pencil, eraser, and sharpener; sharing is not allowed.
Your identity will be verified at the exam center by invigilators and IIT Delhi officials.
If identity verification fails, you may not be allowed to take the exam. Provisional permission may be granted after completing formalities, but no extra time will be given.
Impersonation or cheating will lead to disqualification and possible legal action.
Allowed items: pens, pencils, drinking water in a transparent bottle, admit card, and photo ID.
Prohibited items: calculators, mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, smartwatches, electronic gadgets, papers, log tables, writing pads, pen drives, cameras, or devices hiding communication tools.
Arrive on time; late entry is not allowed after the exam starts.
Do not leave the exam hall before the exam ends. In case of medical emergencies, leave is permitted only after filling a designated form.
