CBSE Board Exams 2023 Time Table: Class 10, 12 datesheet out, exam begins Feb 15

CBSE Class 12 Date Sheet 2023: The class 12th annual board examination date sheet for the candidates of the 2022-23 academic session is LIVE now. Candidates can check the CBSE class 12 date sheet and exam instructions either on CBSE's website or view and download the complete date sheet directly from this article. The practical exam dates are already published.
CBSE Class 12 Date Sheet 2023: CBSE exam dates for class 12th are OUT. Central Board of Secondary Education has published the official date sheet for CBSE class 12th on December 29th, 2022. The date sheet for class 12 board exams is now LIVE on its official and academic websites at cbse.gov.in and cbse.nic.in, respectively.
The 2023 board examinations for the students of CBSE class 12th commence on February 15, 2023, and will end on April 5th, 2023.
All the examinations will begin sharply at 10.30 AM (IST).

The practical examination for CBSE Class 12th would start on January 02, 2023, and the last date for the same is February 14, 2023.

Step 1: Visit the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in or the academic website of the board cbse.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link available to download the Date Sheet of class 10th.
Step 3: Download the PDF/ word file that opens up.

CBSE Class 12 Date sheet 2022-23
CBSE has mentioned in its circular for the class 12 exam date sheet that the board has been careful about providing a sufficient gap between two generally opted-for subjects. The examination dates have been chosen by avoiding nearly 40000 subject combinations. This has been done to ensure that exams of no two subjects a student fall on the same date.
CBSE Exam Timings
The starting time for each examination is 10.30 AM (IST).
The examination for all of the subjects in Class 12 will begin at 10.30 am.
The examination will end at 1.30 pm for most of the subjects. Students can check the detailed timings in the exam time table.
CBSE Class 12 Exam Day Instructions
Following the rules and regulations as instructed by the board is extremely essential.
Each year CBSE board instructs the students on all the protocols and guidelines to be followed in the exam hall during the examinations.
Important instructions to be followed strictly by Class 10th board exam candidates in the examination, as issued by CBSE:
- Candidates will strictly follow all the instructions issued by CBSE from time to time.
- Parents will also visit Board's website and remain in touch with the school of their ward so that they are aware of the latest updates by the CBSE and the school so that they can guide their ward.
- No communication devices are allowed in the examination center.
- Candidates will maintain strict discipline in the examination center.
- Candidates will follow all instructions given on admit card.
- Duration for each examination will be as given in the date sheet and admit card.
- 15 minutes of reading time will be given to read the question paper.

CBSE Class 12 Practical examinations 2022-23
CBSE has announced the commencement of practical exams for CBSE class 12th from January 02, 2023. CBSE has asked its schools to conduct the Practical Examinations/Project/Internal Assessment strictly according to the details and guidelines are given on the Board’s academic website.
Additionally, specific instruction for the appointment of an external examiner for the class 12th practical examination states that CBSE itself will appoint External Examiners in each school for conducting Practical Examinations and Project Assessments.
The school authorities would not be authorized to make alternate arrangements for the conduct of practical examination/project assessment at the local level under any circumstance. The practical examination can only be conducted by an examiner appointed by the Board.
