हेलो students जैसा कि आप सब जानते है कि NEET 2024 exam 5 मई 2024 (Sunday) को दोपहर 02:00 बजे से 5.20 बजे तक देश भर के 557 शहरों और भारत के बाहर 14 शहरों में स्थित विभिन्न केंद्रों पर 24 लाख से अधिक उम्मीदवारों के लिए होने जा रहा हैं।

 

National Testing Agency (NTA) ने बुधवार, 01 मई, 2024 को NEET UG परीक्षा के लिए 'Admit Card' जारी कर दिया था। जिन उम्मीदवारों ने NEET UG 2024 के लिए सफलतापूर्वक आवेदन किया है, वे official website https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/ से Admit Card डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। 

 

जिन उम्मीदवारों  ने अपना 'Admit Card' सफलतापूर्वक Download कर लिया है वो अपने 'Admit Card' में निम्नलिखित Information को एक बार Check जरूर कर लेवें। 

 

• आपके download किए गए Admit Card पर आपकी photograph, signature and roll number barcode प्रमुखता से प्रदर्शित होना चाहिए। ये Information Exam के दौरान identification and verification के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

 

• यदि आपको अपने Admit Card में इनमें से कोई भी आवश्यक Information गायब लगती है, तो कृपया NTA Official website https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/ से अपना Admit Card दोबारा download करें और print out लें।

 

• इसके अलावा, उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे सभी pre-examination formalities को कुशलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के लिए अपने निर्धारित परीक्षा केंद्रों पर समय पर पहुंचें। 

 

• यदि किसी उम्मीदवार को NEET (UG) – 2024 के लिए Admit Card डाउनलोड करने में कठिनाई होती है, तो वह 011-40759000 पर संपर्क कर सकता है या neet@nta.ac.in पर ईमेल कर सकता है।

 

Important instructions for NEET Aspirants

 

1. उम्मीदवारो को Admit card में बताए गए समय पर Center पर पहुंचना है।

 

2. गेट बंद होने के समय के बाद किसी भी उम्मीदवार को Center में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

 

3. किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा समाप्त होने से पहले परीक्षा कक्ष/हॉल छोड़ने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

 

4. परीक्षा पूरी होने पर, कृपया invigilator के instructions का wait करें और सलाह दिए जाने तक अपनी सीट से न उठें। अभ्यर्थियों को एक समय में केवल एक ही बार बाहर जाने की अनुमति होगी।

 

5. सभी उम्मीदवारों को Admit card के साथ दिए गए instructions को डाउनलोड करके ध्यान से पढ़ना है। और उनका strictly पालन करना है।

 

6. Admit card में तीन पेज होंगे- 

Page 1- Center Details and Self-Declaration (Undertaking) Form

page 2-  Postcard Size Photograph

Page 3- Important Instructions to Candidates

अभ्यर्थी को centre पर पहुंचने से पहले सभी तीन पेज download करने होंगे और पेज-2 पर चिपकाया हुआ photograph लाना होगा।

 

7. अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे एक दिन पहले परीक्षा स्थल का स्थान सत्यापित कर लें ताकि परीक्षा के दिन उन्हें किसी समस्या का सामना न करना पड़े। यदि धर्म/रीति-रिवाजों के अनुसार आपको विशिष्ट पोशाक पहनने की आवश्यकता है, तो कृपया पूरी जांच के लिए केंद्र पर जल्दी आएं।

 

8. किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को admit card, valid ID proof और उचित तलाशी के बिना परीक्षा केंद्र में प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। Handheld Metal Detector (HHMD) के जरिए तलाशी ली जाएगी।

 

9. अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा स्थल पर केवल निम्नलिखित वस्तुएं अपने साथ ले जाने की अनुमति होगी:

a) व्यक्तिगत पारदर्शी पानी की बोतल।

b) आवेदन पत्र पर अपलोड की गई अतिरिक्त Photograph को उपस्थिति पत्रक पर चिपकाया जाना चाहिए

c) NTA website से डाउनलोड किए गए निर्धारित स्थान (पेज 2) पर postcard size photograph चिपकाए हुए self-declaration (undertaking) के साथ Admit Card (A4 आकार के कागज पर एक स्पष्ट प्रिंटआउट) विधिवत भरा हुआ।

d) केंद्र पर पहुंचने से पहले, उम्मीदवारों को legible handwriting में undertaking में आवश्यक विवरण दर्ज करना होगा।

e) यदि लागू हो तो PwD Certificate and Scribe-related documents

 

10. उम्मीदवार को अपना हस्ताक्षर करना चाहिए और उचित स्थान पर फोटो चिपकाना चाहिए। उन्हें यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि उनके बाएं हाथ के अंगूठे का निशान स्पष्ट है और धुंधला नहीं है।

 

11. उम्मीदवार को वैध पहचान प्रमाण, अधिमानतः Aadhaar Card (with photograph)/ E-Aadhaar/Ration Card/ Aadhaar Enrolment No. with Photo को Center में ले जाना होगा। हालाँकि, सरकार द्वारा जारी अन्य वैध पहचान प्रमाण - PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / 12th class board admission or registration card / Passport / Original school identity card with photograph will also be considered in case of non-availability. अन्य सभी आईडी/आईडी की फोटोकॉपी, भले ही मोबाइल फोन में आईडी की सत्यापित/स्कैन की गई फोटो को वैध आईडी प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।

12. The PwD candidates must bring a PwD Certificate issued by the Competent Authority if claiming relaxation under the PwD category. The Scribe will be provided by the National Testing Agency only if requested in the online Application Form of NEET (UG)– 2024. The facility of a Scribe will be provided, in case he/she has a physical limitation, and a scribe is essential to write the examination on his/her behalf, being so certified in the authorized format as per RPwD Act, 2016 given in Information Bulletin by a CMO/Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution. Compensatory time of one hour and five minutes will be provided for the examination of three hours & 20 minutes (03:20 hrs) duration, whether such candidate (having a physical limitation to write) uses the facility of Scribe or not.

 

13. अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा Center में electronic devices, mobile phones और Information Bulletin में सूचीबद्ध अन्य प्रतिबंधित/निषिद्ध वस्तुओं सहित कोई भी व्यक्तिगत सामान ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं है। Examination Authorities व्यक्तिगत सामान की सुरक्षा के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे और केंद्र पर कोई सुविधा नहीं होगी।

 

14. Examination hall/room में rough work के लिए Blank paper sheets उपलब्ध नहीं कराई जाएंगी। rough work केवल test booklet में इस उद्देश्य के लिए दिए गए स्थान पर ही किया जाना है। ऐसा न करने पर आपके उत्तरों का मूल्यांकन नहीं हो सकेगा।

 

15. किसी भी candidate को कोई unfair means नहीं अपनाना चाहिए या किसी अनुचित परीक्षा पद्धति में शामिल नहीं होना चाहिए क्योंकि examination center CCTV की निगरानी में हैं और jammer से सुसज्जित हैं।

 

16. Exam पूरा होने पर, candidates को OMR sheet (both original and office copy) सौंपनी होगी और केवल test booklet अपने साथ ले जा सकते है। यह सुनिश्चित करना भी candidate की responsibility होगी कि उसके द्वारा जमा की गई OMR sheet पर उसके signature के साथ-साथ पर्यवेक्षक के signature भी पूर्व-निर्धारित स्थानों पर हों।

 

17. Exam शुरू होने के बाद first one hour और Exam के last half hour के दौरान किसी भी bio-break की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

 

18. प्रवेश पर biometric attendance and frisking के अलावा, उम्मीदवारों की bio-break/toilet break से प्रवेश पर फिर से biometric attendance and frisking ली जाएगी।

 

19. Important Advisories to Candidates:

a.) NTA uses AI-based real-time analytical tools & technologies to map likely/potential use of unfair means /cheating behavior by candidates at all centers, both during and post exams.

b.) CCTV recordings are analyzed using AI technologies to confirm malpractice with evidence.

c.) NTA catches the likely cheaters through Artificial Intelligence-based tools.

d.) Suspicious candidates are identified through AI-based tools, even after the examination.

e.) Examination centers are continuously monitored through artificial intelligence-enabled systems to ensure the integrity of the examination process.

 

20. Candidates को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अनुचित साधनों, प्रतिरूपण आदि का उपयोग न करें। जो Candidates अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग करते हुए पाए जाते हैं, उनके खिलाफ NTA द्वारा आयोजित सभी परीक्षाओं में उपस्थित होने से रोक सहित सख्त कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
