Hello students, The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the 'Provisional answer key' of the NEET UG exam on its official website https://neet.nta.nic.in/ on Tuesday, june 03, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the NEET UG 2025 exam can download the Provisional answer key from the official website https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
Along with the NEET Answer Key, The National Testing Agency has uploaded the Provisional Answer Keys, Scanned Images of OMR Answer Sheet and Recorded Responses for NEET (UG) – 2025 on the website https://neet.nta.nic.in/ for candidates to challenge as per following details:

Click on “Display OMR Answer Sheet / Challenge Recorded Response and Answer Key”
Login using your Application Number, Password & Captcha Code
Check the “Correct Option” column to see the official answer used by NTA
To challenge a question, select your preferred answer option from the four provided
Upload supporting documents (in a single PDF file) using the "Choose File" option
Scroll down and click on “Save your Claim” to proceed
Review all challenged questions and the selected option
Click on “Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally”
Choose payment method and pay ₹200 per question (non-refundable) via Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking
After successful payment, download/print the challenge receipt for your records
Visit the official website: https://neet.nta.nic.in
Click on “Display OMR Answer Sheet / Challenge Recorded Response and Answer Key”
Login using your Application Number, Password & Captcha Code
On the left panel, click on “OMR Challenge”
Then click on the “OMR Challenge Link”
Your OMR answer sheet will be displayed
Scroll down and click “Challenge Recorded Response”
Select the question(s) you want to challenge
Under “Captured Response as per OMR Sheet”, you'll see the option recorded by NTA
Once selected, choose your correct response from the “Candidate's Claim” column
Scroll down and click “Submit” to proceed
Review all the questions you've challenged
Click on “Submit and Pay Fee Finally”
Pay the non-refundable fee of ₹200 per question via Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking
After successful payment, download/print the challenge receipt for reference
